Should I post this right now?

If you're worried about wether you should post something because it might be offensive, or it might not resonate with your audience - you're already losing the content battle.

I recently had a conversation with a friend of mine about something he wanted to post, just getting my advice on it.
A long time ago, I heard about how Gary Vaynerchuk just reads comments to gain perspective and the pulse of culture.

I've been doing this for several months now. It's really interesting.
(Bare with me, I'm almost done here)
I've been reading comments from the NC Governor's Facebook posts lately.
They're very polarizing obviously. People have something negative to say regardless of what he's done, or people are very supportive of what he's doing. - I'm not discussing what he's doing, but just using as a current example here.

So here's the thing. If you're worried about wether you should post something because it might be offensive, or it might not resonate with your audience - you're already losing the content battle.
You can't win and you can't lose by posting something - You can only post it.

(Now, with the right content strategy, you stand a better chance than just haphazardly posting).
But, getting content out there for your audience is the ONLY THING TO DO, so just do it.
Ok? STOP overthinking it.
